a. Subscription Services

  • Trial Periods: If a refund is requested within a trial period offered by Inciem, a full refund will be granted.
  • Post-Trial Periods: For subscription services canceled after the trial period, refunds are generally not provided. However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

b. One-time Services

  • Prior to Service Delivery: If cancellation occurs before the delivery of a one-time service, a full or partial refund may be granted based on any costs already incurred by Inciem at the time of cancellation.
  • After Service Delivery: Refunds are generally not available for services already delivered. However, if you are not satisfied with the service received, please contact us to discuss potential resolutions.

c. Custom Services or Projects

  • Custom services or projects that are canceled before commencement may be eligible for a partial refund, taking into account any preparatory work or expenses already undertaken by Inciem.
  • For custom services or projects canceled after commencement, refunds will be subject to the specific terms outlined in the service agreement.

Refund Processing

a. Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used by the client unless otherwise agreed upon.

b. Timeline: Once a refund is approved, please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your account. The exact timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Inciem reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
