Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand their needs and propose tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Market Research & Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market demands.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead the negotiation process, ensuring that deals are closed effectively and in line with company goals. Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to final agreement.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services and provide input on customer feedback and market demands.
- Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and key metrics to management. Use CRM software to maintain accurate records and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
- Experience in IT is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate confidently.
- Relationship-Building: Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and techniques to close deals and achieve targets.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client challenges and propose creative, effective solutions.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with IT sector and market dynamics.
- Networking Skills: Established network within the industry or region.
